who we are
In 1994 Carlos Escudero founded SoloMoto with the business philosophy of ``small is beautiful.`` There, he has assembled a core staff of like-minded craftsmen.
The shop prides itself on careful and conscientious service. Call us in advance to schedule an oil and filter service while you wait. Once your motorcycle is here we can inspect the tires, chain and brakes easily. These important details are often overlooked. Don't procrastinate, call us today.
A jewel of a place.
I was distracted just walking around the shop and looking over the memorabilia and the bikes in for service. I was provided an intelligent appraisal of my bike's problem and estimate (verbal and the cost was right on at pick up). Thank you Carlos and Phil.
Carlos was very knowledgable, helpful and helped me out in a pinch. I usually do all my own work think I found my go to for work above my pay grade.
I highly recommend SoloMoto.
As a first-time buyer I was really looking for some guidance on servicing my bike. Carlos and his team delivered! From the first phone call, to Carlos actually coming over to pick up my bike - Vespa LX150, to me picking up after a trip to Europe, it was a great experience. They made it easy. Excellent service, great advice, no attitude and reasonable rates.
I would highly recommend SoloMoto
My bike needed some TLC to back up and running... I was expecting a BIG bill. They did a great job and surprised me with a lower than expected bill. (thankfully!)
Carlos' reputation is second-to-none in the Tri-State area.
His knowledge of all European, Japanese and American motorcycles is extensive and comes from years of experience and training. I know this because I have been a customer for many, many years and I have brought Carlos and his crew many different and challenging modern and vintage bikes in various stages of repair and disrepair. I always get an up-front appraisal of the work needed.
