CLEAN NEW YORK STATE TITLE

ENGINE:

Completely disassembled engine cases vapor blasted and painstakingly assembled by Solo Moto of Greenwich CT.

Every component cleaned and inspected prior to assembly.

Crankshaft- cylinders and heads received a comprehensive overhaul and appropriate modifications by Scott Clough of SCR.

SCR stage 1 porting and patented 14.4cc. squish band modification.

Intakes modified to accept V Force YZ85 reed blocks.

Vape 150 watt CD ignition.

DG pipes.

Carburetors ultrasonically cleaned and Dave F. carb mod performed.

This RD carburates flawlessly without blubbering – smoke or flat spots.

Oil injection pump overhauled using OEM Yamaha parts and is in place and functioning properly.

Chassis:

New wheel bearings front and rear.

New calipers front and rear. 

Front master cylinder rebuilt.

Magura rear master cylinder conversion.

Needle bearing swingarm conversion. 

New 530 chain and sprockets.
